TAYLOR MADE NEWS ((oCTOBER 30, 2006)): The 6TH annual "STARS COME CONCERT" held at the University of Nebraska Performing Arts Center on Oct 29th is over but the joy and memories for those who attended will last a long time. The outstanding line up of STARS who performed for a very enthusiastic audience was great! DAVE WEBER, WOWT-TV Master of Ceremonies was outstading and his vocals were too. Terry Edwards made his first apperance in the yearly event and thrilled us all. Omaha's #1 female jazz vocalist, Susie Thorne left a lasting impression on everyone. The outstanding performance by Kim Eames, vocalist/Guitarist left everyone breathless. "Mr.Memories", Joe Taylor, Founder and Chairman of the IGO Endowment Fund, opened the 2nd half of the concert. Top billing for this years show was saved for the last. The AVI8ORS ENSEMBLE closed the show with their 30 minutes of memorable music of the 30's and 40s as only they can perform it. A lot of tears and smiles were seen as they opend up memories of the "Golden Age of Song" Special thanks to the Omaha Musicians Union for an outstanding group of top talent too to back our performers. Thank you for all who attened and help support the IGO ENDOWMENT FUND.

TAYLOR MADE NEWS (May 25, 2004):Today, in Lincoln, NE, "Mr.Memoires", Joe Taylor was a guest on the Live & Learn Television Show, on Channel 5. He was intervied by one of Nebraksa's top TV personalities, Don Gill. The 15 minute interview will be televised daily during the month of June. Local broadcast times in the Lincoln, NE viewing area: CHANNEL 5 - Mondays 11:30am & 9:30pm/Wednesdays 6:00pm/Thursdays 9:30pm/Fridays 11:30am/ Saturdays 11:00am/Sunday 5:00pm.

TAYLOR MADE NEWS (April 28, 2004): Ten years ago today was the start of Joe's professional singing career. You can be sure that no one who knew Joe at the time, could ever have envisioned the success that Joe would have. Since that day at Thomas Jefferson High School in Council Bluffs, IA, where he performed for 300 young adults with developmential disabilities, Joe has become one of the most successful entertainers in the Mid-West. He has performed over 2,800 shows, recorded seven (7) very successful albums and at the age of 69, he still continues to perform 16 + shows a month. Joe stated on the event of his 10th Anniversary that "As long as I'm able to perform and have people enjoy it, I'm going to keep on singing. The phone keeps on ringing and the bookings (shows) keep on coming, so I'm looking forward to a few more years of doing what I love. Thanks to all my fans, I start each day full of excitement and enthusiasm. I'm one very lucky, happy and blessed guy."
